There is a water filter on the freeze door and a dish washer in the kitchen. Area of the apartment is 1000 square feet.This apartment is in safe and beautiful neighborhood with many other communities and businesses around us. There are security cameras in the building (one at front of our door). It is located in between St Louise Park and Plymouth of MN (Address: 35 Nathan Ln N, Plymouth, MN). There are some convenient stores, restaurants, and a movie theater across the street. There are many offices, businesses, commercial areas and shopping areas nearby. It is just 8-10 minutes drive (6.5-7 miles) to Minneapolis city, 10 minutes drive to India Bazar grocery and 4 minutes' drive to Cub Foods. There is also a bus stop in the same block. This room will be available from December 1. Rent for this room is $650 + half of the utilities (Utilities we pay for are electricity and internet only).
