1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium zucchini, cubed 1 small onion, diced 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 large jar spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup sliced olives 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 package (16 ounce size) spinach noodles, cooked
Put everything except noodles in a crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. Pour over cooked noodles and sauce and grate some cheese. Serve hot
